Return & Refund Policy

Refunds, returns, exchanges for the same product or something of similar cost may be entertained if buyer encounters any of the following mishaps:

  1. Damage to Product - In the event of damage to product done during or before transit, please provide photo evidence and message or email me within 7 days of receipt and upon opening of package. Damage done to the product by recipient will not be entertained.

  2. Package Lost in Transit - Package has been indicated as sent for delivery but has not arrived within the stipulated time of 1 work week (delivery within Singapore) or 2 work weeks (delivery within Malaysia). A longer time may be required for successful delivery, hence patience may be needed with long-distance couriers.

  3. Different Product to What Was Ordered - If you received the wrong product, do provide photo evidence and message or email me within 7 days of receipt and upon opening of package.

Other Conditions

Product must be in unused and new condition, with original packaging and tags if any. Products must be reported within 7 days of receipt after successful delivery.

 

Return Info

Contact me at kychiadesign@gmail.com regarding the defective or damaged product. Return of product may be made to Blk 691A, Choa Chu Kang Crescent, #24-42, Singapore 681691. A delivery date will be arranged and prepaid by me if required, with collection times from 10am-7pm. Collection courier will make a maximum of 1 return visit should they fail to retrieve the package on the agreed on collection date.

Professional Services Booking Policy

Booking of professional graphic designs services and consultations can be done 1 day in advance. For urgent queries, you may call to consult for a quick quote or for a video conference to bried about your project at +65-83589451 or +65-87122611. To cancel a booking you made beforehand on the website, you can do so on the website up to 3 hours in advance. You may message or call to cancel as well if it's last minute.

If you are delayed or need to postpone the brieding, you may inform me too and a different date or time can be arranged. Courtesy is the way of life.

Game Sessions Booking Policy

Booking tabletop roleplaying games via this website will require payment in advance in order to confirm your slot for that session at the table. In the event you cannot make it for that session, do inform me 3 hours in advance and the payment will roll over to the next game session. If you do not inform me, no refund or roll over of payment will be entertained.
